Obituary

Aaron Wade Williams was born on July 11, 1963, to Reverend Milton "Redd" Williams and Pauline Williams in the Tyler County Hospital in Texas.

Milton and Pauline together were in Christian ministry for 37 years passionately following their calling to all nations with their four children. They obediently followed to spread Gods word to many people across the United States and Canada. Milton and Pauline's ministry brought them to various states which included Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, California, and returning to the Alabama Coushatta reservation.

At a young age, Aaron was involved in a ministry with the Milton "Redd" Williams Family, and he crossed paths with the Boyd Indian Family, Antone Indian Family, Billy Family, and the Sunrise Gospel Band, Canada. God made way for him to be involved in a Godly heritage from all over the US, however the start of his own ministry began in 1985 when he attended American Indian Bible College. He graduated with an Associate of Arts in Social Work, but returned in 1992 to finish with a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry.

Aaron and Kristen had been married in 1992 and he was a great father and provider. One of his greatest joys was raising his two children, Tash and Kelsi, in the way that they should go. He provided a beautiful platform and a life adventure for his children to experience while in ministry throughout the US, Canada, and Alaska. Although he and his wife would part ways, they continued to love and cherish their children together and they were thankful for the love and support even with this new transition of life.

With an unwavering passion, Aaron dedicated himself to creating and disseminating curriculum across both Secular and Faith-Based programs. His endeavors allows implementation of his curriculum called Paddle in Unity Through Mighty Waters, Goal Setting, Anger Management, and Reconciliation Within. He also bore the badge of a Certified John Maxwell Life Coach and established Public Speaker.  Aaron harnessed his expertise and vision by pursuing a new journey: founding Launch Eagle Leadership Consulting. This consultancy, spanning both secular and faith-based realms, specialized in Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Training across the United States and Canada.

In the last 8 months of being in full time employment with his tribe he was extremely proud of representing his people wherever he went. He praised God for the opportunity to be employed demonstrating his ability to bring forth his lifetime experiences to ignite and impact change.

In August of 2018, Aaron established a close friendship with Crystal in which they had a profound connection that would shape the years to come.  They would support each other in ministry and life endeavors, while laughing and encouraging each other through it all.
