Funeral services for AD Dillon, 89, of Kountze, Texas will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Camp Ruby Community Church in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the church.

AD was born April 7, 1936 in Livingston, Texas and passed away October, 13, 2025 in Beaumont, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Dillon and Armethia (Murphy) Dillon; wife, Mary Laverne Dillon; sisters, Evie Weeks and Macel Myers; and brothers, Earl Dillon, Herman Dillon, Jimmy Lloyd Dillon, Bill Dillon, and Truby Dillon.

He is survived by his daughters, Renee Helegda and husband Paul of Kountze, Texas, and Robin Sunday of Livingston, Texas; son, Hilbert "Buckshot" Dillon of Livingston, Texas; sisters, Mildred Hester of Beaumont, Texas, Reaulah Smith of Vidor, Texas, and Wilma Henson and husband Leon of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Carrie, and Justin; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Donny Francois, Mark Goodson, Steve Miller, Cuy Henson, Sam Overstreet, and Carl Overstreet.
