Obituary
Funeral services for Adele Hayes, 91, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Monday, April 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church in Onalaska, Texas with Bro. Don Wilkey officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mrs. Hayes was born February 8, 1925 in Vernon Parrish, Louisiana and passed away April 7, 2016 in Huntsville, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Maxine Hayes Son; 3 sisters; and 3 brothers.
She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Knight and Mike of Onalaska, Texas; sons, James Hayes and Gwen of Houston, Texas, Mack Hayes and Linda of Houston, Texas, and Kirk Hayes of Onalaska, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; extraordinary family friend, Orval Wright; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
