Funeral services for Adell Nelson, 86, of Conroe, Texas, will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the service begins at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home.

Mrs. Nelson was born August 1, 1935 in Carmona, Texas to parents, Dean Rasberry and Gertrude (Nash) Rasberry, and passed away August 11, 2021 in Conroe, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gertrude Phillips and T.J. Phillips; parents, Dean Rasberry and Dorothy Rasberry; husband, Autry Nelson; and brother, Robert Dean Rasberry.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Buchanan of Tomball; son, Buddy Ridings and wife, Debra of Conroe; son, Benny Law of Conroe; brother, Grant Phillips and Nancy of Cleveland; sisters, Edith Harbolt of Conroe, and Stephanie Lindsey and husband, Ron of The Woodlands; brothers, David Rasberry of Splendora, Denny Rasberry of The Woodlands, Steve Rasberry and wife, Pam of Houston, and Bubba Rasberry and wife, Nancy of Houston; grandchildren, Brian White, BJ White, Bobby Joe Ridings, Danielle Pali and husband, Colby, Tori Law, and Billie Leanne Law; and great-grandchildren, Lexi Paschetag and Jacob, Torrie, Wyatt, Kingston, Bella Cody, Brianna, Kendall, and Daisy Mae; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
