Adrian Lowell Young was the first born child of Jake Newton Young and Miriam Clamon Young. He worked his way to become the head of the Law Enforcement Division under Governor Greg Abbott, who was then the Attorney General. After retirement, he married Pamalee Atlas.
Adrian enjoyed all sports, but golf was what he enjoyed best and spent many hours on courses all over the United States. He and Pam also traveled a lot, especially to Colorado and destinations throughout America, Canada, and Western and Eastern Europe. When it was too hot in Austin in the middle of summer, you could bet he would pack up and go to northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado. He will be missed by all who knew him.
