Services for Alice Jean Tywater, 78, of Huntsville, Texas, will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro David Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held the day of service from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.

Alice was born November 22, 1944 and passed away July 5, 2023 in Huntsville, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Esker Taylor and Willie Mae (O'Neal) Taylor; and husband, Francis James Tywater.

She is survived by her sister, Carolyn Batten and husband Dicky of Huntsville, Texas; brother Ronnie Taylor of Livingston, Texas; son, Chad Tywater of Round Rock, Texas; grandson, Ayden Tywater; granddaughter, Abby Tywater; grandson, Andrew Tywater, all of Round Rock, Texas; and special sister-friend, Kayla Duerer; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
