Obituary
Amber Nicole Gay age 16 of Livingston passed away on Wednesday March 31, 2010. Funeral services will be held Saturday April 10, 2010 at 2:00PM in the First United Pentecostal Church in Livingston with Bro. Gerald Morris, Craig McCracken, Wayne Bishop, and Edward Johnson officiating. Visitation will be held Friday April 9, 2010 from 5:00PM until 10:00PM at Cochran Funeral Home.
Amber was born September 17, 1993 in Humble, Texas to parents James Gay Jr. and Krystal Glass. She was a junior at Leggett High School, were she was a active member of the FFA, NBHA, and was a NBHA Youth World Finals in 2004. She also represented Leggett for Polk County Sweetheart 2010. Amber made her parents proud by being an AB honor roll student. She will be remembered as ""A Real Life Angel"", by her family and friends.
She is survived by her mother & step father Krystal and Grady Tinker of Livingston, brother J.R. Gay of Livingston, father & step mother James & Christina Gay Jr. of Willis, brother J.W. Gay of Willis, step sister Aerianna Deluna of Willis, and sister Shelby Waldrep of Mineral Wells. She is also survived by her grandparents Roland and Pam Glass of Livingston, grandfather James Gay Sr. of Missouri, grandmother and step grandfather Brenda and Homer Fears of Goodrich, great grandmother Wilma McQueen and the late A.T. McQueen of Livingston, great grandmother Eula Pearl Gay of Goodrich, step grandmother Julie Ann Eaton of Conroe, step grandparents Roy and Nadine Tinker of Sulfer, OK., uncle and aunt R.T. and Rachel Glass of Livingston, Jeffery and Mindy Fears of Livingston, aunt Tammi Gay of Lovelady, and cousin Averie Glass of Livingston.
Serving as pallbearers will be R.T. Glass, Scott Blackmon, Justin Gilbert, Allen Findley, Andy Hix, Jeremy Nettles, Nolan Maze, Ethan Maze, Thomas Robbins, and Adam Hester. Honorary pallbearers will be Christopher Gay, Justin Doty, Casey Doty, Ryan Doty, Colton Renfro, and Jacob McCarver.
