Mrs. Andrea Margaret Phillips, 73, of Cleveland, Texas was born on December 26, 1944 in St. Paul, Minnesota, to parents, John Peter Chamberlin and Ruth (Brinsmead) Chamberlin, and passed away December 19, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.

She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Dearman and husband, Bobby of Rye, Texas; daughter, Pam McManus of Romayor, Texas; grandson, Jon McManus of Romayor, Texas; granddaughter, Kristan McManus of Romayor, Texas; brother, Jack Chamberlin and wife, Marion of Minnesota; and nieces, Valerie Chamberlin and Denise Chamberlin both of Minnesota; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
