Funeral services for Angel Merino, 71, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Carney and Bro. Sandoval officiating.  Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.  Visitation will be held Monday, January 4, 2021, from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Angel Merino was born August 1, 1949 in Oaxaca, Mexico to parents Bonifacio Merino and Virginia (Romero) Merino and passed away on January 1, 2021 in Pearland, Texas.

Mr. Merino is survived by his wife, Altagracia Petra (Machuca) Merino of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Ana Merino of Livingston, Texas; son, Albino Merino and Raquel of Spring, Texas; sons, Alfredo Merino of Ft. Walton, Florida and Juan Merino of Livingston, Texas; daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth Arredondo and Rogelio, Claudia Merino and Rey, all from Livingston, Texas; son, Ismael Merino of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Elisa Merino of Livingston, Texas; 26 grandchildren; 3 great-grand-children along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
