Funeral services for Angel Damian Ramirez, 94, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Livingston, Texas with Father Tarsisius Pulling, SVD officiating. Interment will be in Mexico at a later date. Visitation will be held Monday, September 3, 2018, starting at 2:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Angel Damian Ramirez was born on September 30, 1923 in Rincon De Parangueo, Valle De Santiago, Guanajuato, Mexico to parents, Jose Damian and Alberta Ramirez and passed away August 31, 2018 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ma Concepsion Cortes Garcia; sons, Jose Ruben Damian Cortes and Ruben Damian Cortes.

He is survived by his sons, Hector Damian and Alicia, Daniel Damian and Rosa; daughter, Maria Reinalda Damian and Jesus, Elva Damian Cortes and Javier; sons, Angel Damian Cortez and Petra, Salvador Damian and Lorena; daughters, Rosa Damian and Jesus, Erica Damian, Maria Merced Damian and Ernesto; 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
