Obituary
Anice Collins age 79 of Allen, formally of Livingston passed away Thursday October 8, 2009 in Allen. Funeral services will be Sunday October 11, 2009 at 1:00 in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Moye officiating. Burial will follow in the Holland Cemetery in Hardin County.
Anice was born December 15, 1929 in Segno to parents Bunk Overstreet and Henrietta Knight Overstreet. She later married her husband J.M. Collins on June 25, 1946 in Polk County.
She is survived by her daughter Danetta Wolverton of Allen, son John J. Collins of Livingston, brother J.B. Overstreet of Alvin, sisters Wilma Duff of Livingston and Lora Mae Rice of Shepherd. She is also survived by her grandchildren Dana Wolverton, Christy Wolverton Davis, Joshua Wolverton, John Matthew Collins, and Danny Collins, great grandchildren Koby, Jeff, Jake. Jared, Jagger, Madison, and Drew.
Serving as pallbearers will be Joshua Wolverton, John Matthew Collins, Danny Collins, Koby Wolverton, Jeff Collins and Jake Collins. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Rice, Lee Parrish Jr., and John Collins.
