Ann Kimball passed from this life surrounded by her loving family. Ann was born on March 4, 1921, in Cushing, Texas to William Mitchell Richards and Georgia Lillius Studdard Richards. She attended school in Cushing and moved to Crockett with her family where she finished school.
The family then moved to Livingston, Texas where she met and married Carroll Winston Kimball. To this union four children were born, Larry Kimball, Carol Kimball Pixley, Martha Kimball Davis and Bill Kimball.
She is survived by her son, Larry Kimball and wife, Esther of Camden, Texas, daughter, Carol Kimball Pixley of Goodrich, Texas, daughter, Martha Kimball Davis and husband, Don Davis of Deer Park, Texas and son, Bill Kimball and wife, Lynn of Spring, Texas; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Ann worked as a telephone operator in Livingston until dial service became available. She later began a long career with the Livingston Independent School District in the cafeteria service. She retired from LISD on May 31, 1985.
After her retirement, Mother lovingly attended our father during his long illness. After his death, she became involved with the Livingston Senior Citizen Center. Many good memories of ""42 Games"" with good friends at the center were made during these years. She served on the Board of Directors of the Livingston Senior Citizen Center as well as supervising the Senior Resale Shop.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please make contributions to the Church of your choice to advance God' work in your community.
A graveside service for Ann Kimball was held Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at 10:00 AM, at Pine Grove Cemetery in Camden, Texas.
