Funeral services for Ann Milner, 75, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Kevan Wood and Bro. Byron Lyons officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Ms. Milner was born on January 1, 1944 in Los Angeles, California to R.A. Stutts and Burlow Johnson, and passed away on March 3, 2019 in Lufkin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her momma, Elsie Anderson; mother, R.A. (Stutts) White; father, Burlow Johnson; and brothers, Terry White and Gary White.
During her life, Ann came to work as a Relief Dispatcher for the Livingston Volunteer Fire Department on February 14, 1989. Upon the passing of long-time dispatcher, Ms. Mildred Duncan, Ann became Chief Dispatcher and held that position until the wee hours of Sunday, March 3, 2019.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donald Wayne and Teresa Milner of Livingston; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and David Haynes of Livingston; son, Kevan Milner of Livingston; grandchildren, Morgan Milner, Zachary Haynes and wife, Katy, D.J. Milner and wife, Alexis, Ethan Haynes and wife, Whitney, Taylor Milner, Kyle Haynes, Madison Milner, Jacob Haynes, Lilly Haynes, and Justin Milner; and great-grandchildren, Chase Milner, Emery Milner, Madison Haynes, Braxton Haynes, Graham Haynes, Lilly Milner, and Easton Milner; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
