Memorial services for Annie Louise Salter age 86 of Livingston will be held Sunday February 1, 2009 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home, with Rev. Harold Isaacs and Rev. Frank Hood officiating.
She was born in Gonzales, Texas December 9, 1922 the daughter of Sidney & Mamie Mills Qualls and passed away January 30, 2009 in Lufkin, Texas.
Hers was one 28 families that built the Episcopal Church and was a Charter Member.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Jack Qualls & Joe Qualls, and her son Woody Salter.
She is survived by her husband Calvin Salter of Livingston, sons Mike Salter of Carrollton, Texas, Mark Salter of Austin, Texas, Sue Morrow, daughter of Austin, Texas, Joy Cox, sister of San Antonio, Texas Peggy Schultz, sister of Gonzales, Texas, Bubba Currie, brother, of Gonzales, Texas, grandchildren, Kelly Goddson, Kris Phillips, Maddie Salter, & Carson Salter, great grandchildren, Justin Upshaw, Cody Upshaw, Chandler Phillips and Dason Phillips.
