Funeral services for Arlen J. Phillips, 84, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery in Segno, Texas. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2020 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m., before the service begins, in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Phillips was born July 29, 1935 in Houston, Texas, to parents, Edwin Lanier Phillips and Elton Lillie (Thornton) Phillips, and passed away May 8, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Kelly Richard; and brother, Frankie Phillips.

He is survived by his wife, Billie Phillips of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Heather Phillips of Livingston, Texas; grandson, Ryan Stanley of Cypress, Texas; granddaughter, Kirstie Stanley of Crosby, Texas; grandson, Jeffrey Phillips of Las Angeles, California; grandson, Austin Phillips of Katy, Texas; step granddaughter, Ashlynn Watts of Conroe, Texas; step grandson, Connor Gebman of Tomball, Texas; great grandsons, Wyatt Stanley and Jaxon Phillips; great granddaughter, Jewel Guzman; and sister, Kaye Reichle of Beach City, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
