Funeral services for Arnold "Dean" Lowrey, 90, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, April 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Johnny Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in the Menard Chapel Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Lowrey was born December 9, 1932, in Brownwood, Texas and passed away April 15, 2023 in Livingston, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Clifton Lowrey and Eveline (Graham) Lowrey; wife, Bettye Lowrey; and daughters, Theresa Edwards and Carolyn Ann Bunytn ; along with 6 brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his son, Gary Lowrey of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Joyce Wilson of Monroe, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, William and Paula Rinehart of Livingston, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Trina and Jimmy Zapalac of Pasadena, Texas; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 5 brothers and sisters; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
