Graveside services for Arthur Chester McBride Jr., 80, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, Texas with Rev. Jason Sandefer officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 26, 2013, before the service begins, starting at 1:00 p.m. in the Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, Texas.

Mr. McBride was born October 1, 1933 in East Bernard, Texas to Arthur Chester McBride Sr. and Emma (Ludwig) McBride, and passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013 in Livingston, Texas. He was employed as an electrical lineman for Houston Lighting and Power for 35 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife: Bessie (McCommas) McBride; son: Charles Wayne Crawford.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Dorothy and Walter Heflin of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren: Nona Ferguson, Leanne Ferguson, Jeremy Heflin, Casey Crawford, Melody Heflin, Jodi Heflin; great grandchildren: Joshua Steinhardt, Mark Steinhardt, Beth Ferguson, Nathan Ferguson, Jeremy Heflin Jr., Dustin Heflin, Trisha Heflin, Kourtney Fuller, Kaylen Heflin, Emalyn Ford, and Noah Ford; and numerous other relatives and friends.
