Arthur Jess Tucker III, 55, of Livingston, Texas was born August 16, 1970 in Okinawa, Japan and passed away February 10, 2026 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Jess Tucker Jr. and Ellen Geneva Pollard Tucker.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Denise Tucker; daughter, Allyson Tucker; stepmother, Tammy Tucker; sister, Paula Green and husband Bruce; nephew, Darrel Scott Olvarez; niece, Kari Davis; nephew, Kyle Turner; great nephews, Lucas Scott, Carter, and Connor; great niece, Evelyn; aunt, Jeanie Swanson; and cousins, Susan Johnson, Trish Duarte, and Linda and Mike Zanazzo; along with numerous friends and loved ones.

The family will host a Celebration of Life in honor of Arthur Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 1:00-5:00 p.m., at the Pedigo Park in Livingston, Texas.
