Funeral services for A.T. McQueen age 82 of Livingston will be held Sunday December 27, 2009 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, with Rev. Gerald Morris, Bro. Danny Moye and Bro. Edward Johnson officiating with interment to follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery in Livingston. Pallbearers will be Roland Glass, R.T. Glass, J.R. Gay, Grady Tinker, David Caruthers, Dustin McGwier and Andy Hix. Honorary Pallbearers will be Stephen Painter, Michael Painter, Matthew Johnson and Scott Blackmon.

He was born July 29, 1927 in Marshall, Texas the son of William Dennis McQueen and Bessie Lou Jones McQueen and passed away December 22, 2009 at his home in Livingston. The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Ray Perez.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, James ""Buddy"" McQueen and W.D. McQueen, Jr., 7, step sisters and half sister Virginia McQueen Smith.

He was a 50 year member of the Melrose Lodge #1294 and was Master Mason for 50 yrs. He was a member of the Scottish Rite, York Rite & Shriner, a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and the Safari Club International.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma Lea McQueen, of Livingston, Pamela & Roland Glass, daughter & son in law of Livingston, Krystal Tinker & Grady, granddaughter & husband of Livingston, R.T. & Rachell Glass, grandson & wife of Livingston, Amber Gray, great grandchild, J.R. Gay, great grandchild, Averi Glass, great grandchild, C.D. McQueen, brother, of Houston, Thomas McQueen, half brother of Jefferson, Texas, Henry McQueen, half brother of Marshall, Texas and sister Annie Champion, of Marshall, Texas.
