Funeral services for Avis Fletcher Adams, 71, of Livingston, Texas will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017 in the Provencal Cemetery in Provencal, Louisiana. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Adams was born on March 1, 1946 in Pineville, Louisiana to parents, Hardy Lee Fletcher and Mildred (Lohman) Fletcher, and passed away on November 28, 2017 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim Adams; son, John Kimberlin; and 2 brothers.

She is survived by her son, Jackie Kimberlin of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Renate Martinez of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Thelma Hinds of Deridder, Louisiana; son, Allen Kimberlin of New York; grandchildren, Crystal Kimberlin, Jackie Kimberlin, Sabrina Kimberlin, Alicia Diaz, Jose Diaz, Joseph Washer, Samantha Holland, Nathaniel Lachney, Jesse Kimberlin, Kirsten Kimberlin, and Bryan Kimberlin; and 5 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
