Mrs. Avis Wacile Boyd Queen, 91, of Livingston, Texas was born November 11, 1926 in Cleburne, Texas to parents, Lester Boyd and Lula (Thompson) Boyd, and passed away February 19, 2018 in Huntsville, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John W. Queen; son, Will Boyd Queen; and sister-in-law, Mary A. Queen.

She is survived by her son, John Howard Queen; brother and sister-in-law, James and Mackey Queen; niece, Dr. Anne Spence; nephew, John Campbell and wife, Jeanne; and niece, Michele Queen; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
