IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Barbara Ann
Beymer
October 8, 1942 – December 31, 2024
Barbara Ann Ellis Beymer, 82, passed away on December 31, 2024 at her home in Stuart, Florida
Barbara was born on October 8th, 1942 to Marsh Ellis and Gladys Matlock Ellis. She was the youngest of the girls, and between her two brothers in age. She graduated from Mary Hardin Baylor University and become a social worker. She worked both in Texas and in Florida. She started her love of travel, by going to Germany to visit her sister's family that was stationed in Erlangen. They spent part of the summer going to the Swiss Alps and through Germany. She continued to travel going on cruises and road trips with her sisters. She cherished being able to be a mother to Teresa and a grandmother to Gabby and Emily. Throughout her life the one thing she knew she could count on was the strength of Christ to get her through the hard times that came her way. On December 31st the Lord called her home, She had done all she could for those she loved in this world, She needed to go home to the Lord so she would no longer be in pain and be united with her loved ones that had already made it to eternity.
Those that had preceded her were her parents, Marsh and Gladys Ellis, brother, Charles Ellis; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Harva Nell Ellis Barker and Truman Barker, and Francis Ellis Parker and Robert Parker.
Barbara leaves behind her daughter, Theresa Edwards; granddaughters, Gabby Edwards and Emily Lauren Craddock; brother and sister-n-law, Thomas Weldon Ellis and Shirley Ellis; sister-in-law, Ellen Ellis; nieces, Denise Cribbet and husband Britt Cribbet, Renee Jennings and husband Randy and Melinda Loney; and nephews, Allen Barker and wife Nancy Barker, Glen Barker and wife Tammy Barker, Mark Barker and wife Charlotte Barker, and David Ellis.
