Funeral services for Barbara Kay Fontenot, 62, of Point Blank, Texas will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the First Assembly of God Church in Onalaska, Texas. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, October 11, 2024, from 6:00-9:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas.

Barbara was born August 15, 1962 in Houma, Louisiana and passed away October 5, 2024 in Point Blank, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Wilbur Hall and Margaret (Willis) Hall; and brothers, Floyd Hall and Johnny Hall.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Fontenot of Point Blank, Texas; sons, Joshua Cosme and Danielle of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Jacob Cosme and Samantha of Point Blank, Texas; daughter, Sophia Fontenot of Point Blank, Texas; stepsons, Jason Fontenot and Katy of Liberty Hill, Texas, Michael Fontenot and Robin of Starkville, Mississippi, and Samuel Fontenot and Ashley of Greensburg, Louisiana; stepdaughter, Elizabeth Turner and Rob of Almond, North Carolina; and grandchildren, Christopher Cosme, Faith Cosme, Summer Fontenot, Benjamin Fontenot, Daphne Fontenot, Jason Fontenot, Jr., Edward Heck, Leighan Cosme, and Michelle Cosme; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
