Obituary
Barbara Ann Hunter 74, of Livingston passed away Thursday October 9, 2008.
Graveside services will be Sunday October 12, 2008 at 2:00PM at Peebles Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Landrum officiating.
Barbara was born July 18, 1934 in Livingston to parents Junious and Odessa Nelson Gray. She married Dewey Hunter on August 8, 1952. She was a lifetime member of the PTA.
She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Dixie Leverett.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years Dewey Hunter of Rye, her sons Robert Alexander and wife Donna of Giddings, Gary Hunter and wife Brenda of Tyler, Ronnie Hunter and wife Debbie of Alvin, Wayne Hunter and wife Kathy of Baxter Springs, Kansas, John Hunter and wife Bebe of Livingston, and daughter Linda Hunter of Livingston, 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Zane Gray and wife Barbara, sister June Ann Hudson and husband Robert, and her half brothers Kenny Gray and wife Susan, Larry Gray and wife Becky, and Delbert Jamison and wife Molly, step father Herbert L. Jamison, and step sister Barbara Woodell. A host of nieces and nephews and cousins and her special companion her canine ""Pressy"" also survives her.
