Funeral services for Bennie Gayle McDuffie, 78, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at the Egypt Cemetery in Colmesneil, Texas.

Mr. McDuffie was born November 29, 1946 in Iola, Texas and passed away January 18, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifton McDuffie and Gladys Oakes; brother, Wayne McDuffie; and sister, Winnie Sue Bartee.

He is survived by his daughter, Martie Nugent and husband Jerry of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter, Madeline Phillips and husband Garett of Livingston, Texas; grandsons, Hunter Morgan and wife Gabby of Colmesneil, Texas, Colbey Nugent, and Jake Nugnet; great grandchildren, Sawyer Phillips, Saige Phillips, Steele Phillips, Tucker Morgan, Maverick Morgan, and Darcey Morgan (on the way); along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Hunter Morgan, Garett Phillips, Wayne Sides, Jake Nugent, Jerry Nugent, and Kevin Ficky.
