Obit for Bernice Carroll

Funeral Services for Bernice Carroll, age 86 of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel, in Livingston, Texas. Sister Betty Hendrix will conduct the services. Interment will be held at Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno, Texas, following the chapel service. Pallbearers are Jerry Bowen, Oran Morrison, Steve Carroll, Clifford Carroll, Bryan Siau, Cory Siau and Joe Jones.

Mrs. Carroll was born on April 16, 1926, in Magnolia Springs, Texas, to parents, Jesse Cordell Holmes and Addie Whiteside Holmes. She passed away on June 10, 2012, in Beaumont, Texas.

Mrs. Carroll is preceded in death by her husband, Claude Wesley Carroll; parents, Jesse and Addie Holmes; brother, Roland Holmes; and sister, Eunice Reese. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Katie Carroll of Call, Texas; two daughters and son-in-law, Joyce and Vernon ""Bo"" Siau of Newton, Texas, and Sue Carroll of Livingston; grandchildren: Melanye Griffin and husband, Ricky; Jessica Morrison and husband, Oran; Cory Siau and wife, Angela; Bryan Siau and wife, Julie; great grandchildren: Storm Griffin, Antonio Griffin, Keeley Siau, Blade Siau, Hannah Siau, Bailey Morrison, and Emily Morrison; sister, Vera Mae Hatcher; numerous nieces and nephews; numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston.
