Mrs. Bessie Fay Tolar LeBlanc, 83, Livingston, Texas was born September 18, 1937 in Village Mills, Texas, and passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 in Kingwood, Texas.

Graveside services for Mrs. LeBlanc will be held Friday, December 18, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2020 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations can be made in her name to the Seniors Program at First Baptist Church, 106 Colt Road, Livingston, Texas.

The family requires that anyone wishing to attend the visitation and/or the graveside service, must practice social distancing and wear a facial covering.
