Graveside services for Betty Lillian Certain, 81, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, September 27, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Restland Memorial Park Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Brad Dancer officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 27, 2020, from 12:00 - 1:30 p.m. before going to Restland Memorial Park Cemetery.

Betty was born July 21, 1939 in San Antonio, Texas to parents, James Otto Stanley and Margaret (Wilson) Stanley, and passed away September 22, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Relius E. Certain; son, Relius E. Certain, Jr.; and brother, Richard Stanley.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Nancy Certain; son, Kirk Certain; son and daughter-in-law, Skip and Leah Certain; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Ricky Holbrook; daughter and son-in-law, Destiny Certain and Richard Simon; daughter, Hope Certain; 17 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sister, Robin Parrish; and brothers, Victor Huey and Billy Main; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
