Funeral services for Betty Louise Chalker, 80, of Livingston, Texas will be held at 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Dicky Boddie and Bro. Sam Craig officiating. Interment will follow at the Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M., Monday, May 1, 2017 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Betty Louise Chalker was born on January 1, 1937 in Livingston, Texas and passed away on April 29, 2017 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl W. Rankin and Agnes L. (Shirley) Rankin; son, Larry Wayne Chalker; sisters, Gloria Wilson, Marie Damon and Ruby Kegan. Betty was a homemaker and a longtime member of the Bethel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, David Chalker of Livingston, Texas; daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Pulley and Merle and Brenda Cavanaugh and Paul, all of Livingston, Texas; grandson, Justin Pulley of San Marcos, Texas; granddaughter, Katelyn Russ and Denny of Bastrop Texas; grandson, Kenneth Pulley of Livingston Texas; granddaughters, Julia Pulley and Marie Cavanaugh both of Livingston, Texas; sisters, Evon Ward of Livingston Texas; and Barbara Jackson of Center Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Betty Louise Chalker will be escorted to her grave by pallbearers, Kenneth Baker, Jimmy Bond, Jerry Rice, Billy Placker, Matthew Boddie and Aaron Boddie. Honorary pallbearers are Doug Hand, Dennis Haundl and John Mulhall.
