Services for Betty Jean Duncan, 83, of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston. Interment will follow at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel, Prior to service.

Betty was born March 6, 1940 in Anadarko, Oklahoma and passed away in Conroe, Texas March 7, 2023. She is preceded by her parents, Carl Alison Barney and Naomi Thompson; husband, David F. Duncan; and son, Michael Duncan.

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Kay Doss and husband Eric of South Carolina; son, James Michael Turner and wife Joanna of Missouri; daughters, Donna Soto and husband Adrian of Livingston, Texas and Jenny Hinchliffe of Pearland, Texas; son, Jesse Duncan of Corbin, Kentucky; daughter, Jeannine White of Willow Springs, Missouri; 18 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and brother, Donnie C. Barney; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Bryant McClendon, Zachary Turner, David Caddie, Brodie Smith, and Michael J. Turner, Matt Shirey.
