Betty Jean Owens

A memorial service for Betty Jean Owens, 65, of Cleveland, Texas will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Betty was born December 21, 1960, in Atlanta, Georgia and passed away October 4, 2026, in Cleveland, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Klein Westbrook and Carrie Lee Bullock Westbrook; and husband Leonard Owens.

She is survived by her daughters, Holly Smith and Robin Maczka and husband David; son, Steven Holzman and wife Dawn; daughter, Dawn Hill and husband David; son Robert Holzman and Justin Holzman and wife Megan; along with numerous other loved ones and friends.
