Graveside services for Betty Carol Gaar Petch, 76, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, Louisiana with Gerald Lewis officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. until the service begins.
Mrs. Petch was born October 14, 1938 in Swartz, Louisiana to parents, Eugene Franklin Gaar and Hazel Susie (Buckley) Gaar, and passed away September 12, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
She is survived by her husband and the love of her life for 60 years, Joseph A. Petch Jr of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Sharon Grussaute and Glen of Spokane, Washington; son, Rodger Petch and Linda of Austin, Texas; daughter, Toni Jackson and Bobby of Raleigh, North Carolina; sister, Alice Cloyd and Wayne of Sulphur, Louisiana; sister, Gwen Jacobson and Don of Union, Washington; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
