Bill Stephens, Jr, 66, of Livingston, Texas was born November 17, 1951 in New Orleans, Louisiana, to parents, Dr. William Carey Stephens, Sr. and Claire (Summer) Stephens, and passed away November 16, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Margaret and Martha Stephens.

Bill is survived by his wife of 38 years, Carol (Buller) Stephens of Livingston, Texas; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Debbie Stephens of Gatesville, Texas, Tom and Kathy Stephens of Homer Glen, Illinois; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Doug Olle of Nacogdoches, Texas; niece, Claire and Chris Haney of Grapevine, Texas; nephew, Spencer and Krysia Stephens of Austin, Texas; along with other relatives and a host of friends.
