Funeral services for Bill Shamblin age 70, of Livingston will be held Wednesday August 5, 2009 in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Gerald Morris officiating and interment to follow in the Peebles Cemetery.
He was born August 14, 1938 in Benavides, Texas the son of Royce & Vera Shamblin, and passed away August 3, 2009 in Livingston.
He is survived by his wife Shelia Shamblin, of Livingston, Gary Shamblin, son, of Magnolia, Texas, Trenda Zimmerman, daughter of Tomball, Texas, Linda Claborn, daughter of The Woodlands, Texas, Teresa Borgstedt, daughter of Cypress, Texas, Jarod Barbee, step son, of Houston, 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild, and Buddy Shamblin, brother of Alice, Texas.
