Funeral services for Billie Jean Ellis, age 79, of Livingston will be held Sunday September 20, 2009 at 4:00pm in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston with Bro. Glen Price and Tom Owens officiating and interment to follow in the Peebles Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Turner, Mickey Rainey, Steve Ellis, Randy Johnston, Pat Johnston, Andy Johnston, Travis Ellis and Eric Ellis. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Deacons of the First Baptist Church of Goodrich, Johnny Myers, James Walters, Steve Nelson and Jerry Wood.

She was born June 12, 1930 in Goodrich, Texas the daughter of Robert Luther Parker and Sadie Mae Howell Parker and passed away September 16, 2009 in Livingston, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Clarence Ellis.

She is survived by Michael Wade Ellis, son of Livingston, Pamela Jean and Billy Pierce, daughter and son in law of Livingston, Daniel Parker Ellis and wife Bea, son and daughter in law of Livingston, grandchildren Wade & Lora Ellis, Corporal Sean Parker Ellis & wife Lindsey, Drew Ellis, Kristopher Wade Ellis, great grandchildren, Katherine Ellis and Kelsey Ellis, Ruby Louise Turner, sister of Dallas, Texas and Lula Beth Raney, sister of Erick, Oklahoma.
