Funeral services for Billie Wayne Heath, 70, of Shepherd, Texas will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Byron Lyons officiating. Interment will follow in the Victory Place Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will held from 9:00 a.m until the service begins at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
