Graveside services for Billie Wyvonne O'Neil, 86, of Livingston, Texas will be held Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas with Jack Irvin officiating.

Billie was born January 17, 1939 in Big Spring, Texas and passed away November 21, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Bruce and Queen Randolph Bruce; son, Ronnie O'Neil; sister, Melva Anthony; and brother, Bobby Bruce.

She is survived by her husband, Patrick O'Neil Jr. of Livingston, Texas; son, Steve O'Neil and Cathy of Onalaska, Texas; daughter, Brenda Lilley and Bobby of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Jack Irvin and Keri, Danielle Echeveria, Adam Irvin and Wendy, and Eric O'Neil and Stephanie; and 9 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
