Funeral services for Billy Eugene Fulton age 57 of Humble, Texas will be held Sunday April 18, 2010 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. David Emmons officiating and interment to follow in the Carlisle Cemetery in Onalaska. Pallbearers will be Bill Smith, Richard Sanmiguel, Rusty Rankin, Doyal Campbell, Junior Gonzales and Rick Davis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rudy Zaharias and Jeremy Clevenger.

He was born December 25, 1952 in Louise, Mississippi the son of Harrison & Willie Maud Daniels Fulton and passed away April 15, 2010 in Houston, Texas. He was preceded in his wife of 20 years, Bobbie Sue Clevenger. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Sonny (Dewayne) Fulton, and sister Peggy Jo Green and Mary Ann Fulton.

He is survived by Elisa Fulton, daughter of Jackson, Ms., Steven Fulton, son of Yazoo City, Ms., Josh & Erika Clevenger, son & daughter in law of Humble, Texas, Tish & Devon Kellebrew, daughter & son in law of Dayton, Texas, Jeremy Clevenger, son of Humble, Keith Rosenbalm, son of LaPorte, Texas, Dwight & Billy Blakley, sister & brother in law of Greenwood, Ms., Rudolph & Pat Fulton, brother & sister in law of League City, Texas, Don and Francis Fulton, brother & sister in law of Louise, Ms., Robert Fulton, brother of Yazoo City, Ms. And 11, grandchildren also survive.
