Funeral services for Billy Meadows will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, November 8, 2013 at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas. Rev. Harold Isaacs will be officiating. Visitation will begin at 8:00 AM, Friday, prior to service time.

Billy Gene Meadows, 68 of Livingston, Texas passed away on November 5, 2013 in Livingston, Texas. He was born on September 24, 1945 in Opelika, Alabama, to parents, Edd and Nobie (Carter) Meadows. He married Martha Helms on June 28, 1972 in Linden, Texas.


He is preceded in death by both of his parents and his brothers, Edward Harvey, Clyde Meadows, and Jerry Meadows. He is survived by his wife, Martha Meadows of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Eleesha Evans of New Caney, Texas and Tonja Greve of Dallas, Oregon; grandchildren, Amber Carbonetto of Norfolk, Virginia, Brittney Barras of New Caney, Texas, Kevin Evans of New Caney, Texas, Jordan Greve of Lebanon, Oregon, and Jacob Greve of Lebanon, Oregon; four great-grandchildren, Nathen, Landon, Grace, and Brianna; siblings, Evelyn Knowles of Opelika, Alabama and Teresa Howard of Auburn, Alabama; niece, Elaine Kirby of Auburn, Alabama; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
