Funeral services for Billy Ray Holder, 68, of Coldspring, Texas will be held Friday, May 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at First Baptist Church in Point Blank, Texas with Bro. Mickey Fountain officiating. Interment will follow at Center Hill Cemetery in Oakhurst, Texas. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 9, 2024, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas.

Billy was born June 20, 1955 in Little Rock, Arkansas and passed away May 4, 2024 in Trinity, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Holder and Wanda (Curl) Holder.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Holder of Coldspring, Texas; daughter, Brandy Stockton and husband Edward of Crockett, Texas; grandchildren, Jacob Stockton, Tristan James and Adrianna, Taylor Stockton and Jajuan, Katrina Stephen and Anthony, and Tyreque Whitting; great grandchildren, Ranger James, Zolynn Nixon, and Zaylah Nixon; sister, Maureen Lebbin and husband Jack of Libertyville, Illinois; and mother-in-law, Charlotte Poindexter and husband Wayne of Point Blank, Texas; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Tristan James, Tyreque Whitting, Edward Stockton, Charles Smalley, Tanner Putthoff, and Jack Lebbin.
