Billy Frederick Kennedy Jr., 50, of Livingston, Texas was born October 20, 1974 in Raleigh, North Carolina and passed away June 29, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Frederick Kennedy Sr. and Rebecca Kelly; and sister, Casey Cotheran.

Billy is survived by his sons, Billy Kennedy III (Blake Boone) and Caleb Kennedy, all of Livingston, Texas; step daughter, Maya Kennedy of Livingston, Texas; grandsons, Charlie Lane Kennedy and Waylon Kennedy; and sisters, Dana Woods of Tennessee and Kelly Melee of North Carolina; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
