Billy is survived by his wife, Patsy Luhring of Onalaska, Texas; daughter, Harley Husband and husband Tyler of Coldspring, Texas; son, Jason Terry of Onalaska, Texas; father, Timothy Ray Luhring and wife Teresa of Winter Haven, Florida; and sisters, Donnise Michelle Parker of Louisiana, Brianna Nichole Darnell and husband Kolton of Louisiana, Stormy Nikita Darnell of Houston, Texas, and Jennifer Ferriss of Marshalltown, Iowa; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
