Funeral services for Billy Wayne Mann, 33, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will be held Monday, December 12, 2016 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Mann was born April 7, 1983 in Polk County, Texas to parents, Rickie Mann and Patricia (McCarty) Mann, and passed away December 4, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. He loved being outdoors. He is preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Connie Sandusky.

He is survived by his wife Carrie Sandusky of Livingston, Texas; parents, Rickie and Patricia Mann of Livingston, Texas; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Curt and Cheryl Sandusky of Livingston, Texas; sister, Theresa Perez and Martin of Livingston, Texas; nieces, Candi Mann, Isabel Mendez, and Trisha Mata; nephew, Angel Perez; a great niece and nephew; uncles, Glenn Mann and Jacky Mann; aunt, Stacy Martin; and many adopted brothers and sisters; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
