Graveside services for Billy Wayne Meadows, 69, of Livingston, Texas will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in the Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, Texas with Bro. Joel Campbell officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the service begins at 10:30 a.m. in the Jones Prairie Cemetery.

Mr. Meadows was born June 30, 1948 in New Willard, Texas, to parents, Willie Marvin Meadows Sr. and Lillie Bell (Stephens) Meadows, and passed away November 25, 2017 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Donna Turner.

He is survived by his daughter, Kolynda Sigle and Brian of Raywood, Texas; son, Billy Wayne Meadows II and Christina of Utah; step-daughters, Carla Clifton, Connie Karbowski, and Dianna Karbowski all of Rye, Texas; step-son, Bruce Karbowski of Liberty, Texas; grandchildren, Maddisan Sigle and Rachael Hendrix; numerous step-grandchildren; brother, Wiley Meadows and Donna of Leggett, Texas; brother, Willie Meadows Jr. and Cathy of Livingston, Texas; and sister, Shelli Campbell and Joel of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
