Obituary
Memorial services for Billy Joe Newman, 66, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating. Military Honors will be provided by VFW Post #8568.
Mr. Newman was born February 1, 1949 in Muncie, Indiana to parents, John Newman and Maxine Ruth (Haler) Newman, and passed away September 21, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Peggy Williams and Penny Hill; and brothers, Larry Newman and Jerry Newman.
He is survived by his brothers, Charles M. Newman of Livingston, Texas and John R. Newman of Houston, Texas; sisters, Suzanne Chambers of Vidor, Texas and Patricia Newman of Groves, Texas; brother, David Newman of Cleveland, Texas; brother-in-law, Roy Williams Sr. of Splendora, Texas along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
