Funeral Services for Billy Richter, 56 of Onalaska, Texas were held Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Cochran Funeral Home-Onalaska at 4:00 PM with Bro. Chris Kennedy officiating. Interment followed in the East Sandy Cemetery in Huntsville, Texas. Pallbearers were James Blankenship, James Snook, Buddy Bailey, Tyler Blankenship, Bill Blankenship, Tommy Blanks, Micah Rivera, and Joshua Hopson.

He was born October 7, 1954 in Houston, Texas and passed away on June 16, 2011 in Livingston, Texas.
