Memorial visitation for Billy Lynn Rollins, 75, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Billy was born August 24, 1949 in Houston, Texas and passed away December 3, 2024 in Lufkin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and McLea (Duncan) Rollins; and brother, Rodney Rollins.

He is survived by his wife, Lavina Rollins of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Tammy Wood and husband Wes of Lufkin, Texas; son, James Coats and wife Victoria of Ft. Worth, Texas; brother, Ronnie Baldwin and wife Debbie of Tomball, Texas; grandchildren, Jacob Waldrion, Kayla Waldrion, Chatsity Coats, Elijah Coats, and Nate Coats; and great grandchildren, Violet Waldrion and Gracie Coats; as well as many other relatives and friends.
