A graveside service for Billy Joe Simmons, 81, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, May 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Farley Chapel Cemetery in Shepherd, Texas. In honor of Mr. Billy, Pastor Crystal Branson will be presiding over her first funeral sermon.

Billy was born November 16, 1943 in Houston, Texas and passed away May 19, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Andrew Simmons and Delma Ruth Davenport Simmons; sister; brother; father-in-law, and mother-in-law.

He is survived by his wife Linda Simmons of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Dana Michelle Wiggins of Conroe, Texas and Kimberly Diane Willson of Timpson, Texas; Curtis Hale Wiggins, who is remembered as son, of Monahans, Texas; grandchildren, Joshua Ryan Wiggins, and Heather Nicole Lott and Stephen; and great grandchildren, Christian Lott, Tyler Lott, Cheyenne Wise, Triniti Lott, and Jessie Mae Wiggins-coming soon; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
