Memorial services for Billy Lee Villigan, 87, of Livingston, Texas will be held Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the family's residence in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. Villigan was born June 6, 1933 in Parsons, Kansas to parents, Jose and Mary Villigan, and passed away March 26, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his daughter, Christie Hitchings and Kyle of Livingston, Texas; grandsons, Caleb Villigan and Caitlin of Onalaska, Texas, Ronald DeLorto and wife, Christie of Livingston, Texas, and Kenny Villigan of Chicago, Illinois; granddaughter, Haley Mancil and husband, Jay of Sulphur, Louisiana; great-granddaughters, Izzy Villigan of Chicago, Illinois, Addilyn Villigan of Onalaska, Texas; and great-grandsons, Michael DeLorto and Marcus DeLorto both of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
