Funeral services for Blanch Mont Gabriel, 78 of Magnolia, Texas will be held Sunday, May 11, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at Midway Cemetery in Midway Community, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 12:00-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Blanch was born May 2, 1947 in Charleston, West Virginia and passed away May 3, 2025 in Tomball, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Shirkey and Virginia (Chapman) Shirkey; son, Arron Sebastian Bowman; brother, Daniel Shirkey, granddaughter, Bobbie Dawn Johnson; and great grandsons, William Robert Warnock II and Thomas Ray Warnock.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Gabriel of Magnolia, Texas; son, Robert Daniel Bunch of West Virginia; daughter, Lisa Bernice Hughes and husband Maynard of Bedias, Texas; daughter, Connie Renay Archer and wife Kim of Hockley, Texas; daughter, Mary Ann Williams and husband Mark of Livingston, Texas; 18 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, David Shirkey of West Virginia; sister, Reta Tinsley of West Virginia; and mother-in-law, Eleanor Ann Gabriel of Tomball, Texas; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Mark Williams, Joshua Hagan, Gideon Barnwell, Levi Barnwell, Garren Wilkerson, and Cody Sparks.
